DalyDataDynamics
Project controls and industrial data, engineered properly
We connect Primavera P6, SAP and your field systems, rebuild the business logic, and deliver analytics and applications on Microsoft Fabric that your project and operations teams actually use.
What We Do
Give us the business or project-controls problem. We figure out the data, connect the systems, engineer the logic, and build the analytics on top.
Primavera P6 Analytics
Automated P6 pipelines, a tested schedule model, and portfolio, baseline, float and critical-path reporting.
Schedule Health & Risk
Automated schedule quality checks and Monte Carlo risk analysis with P50 and P80 forecasts.
Microsoft Fabric
Fabric architecture, pipelines, semantic models and governance for project and industrial data.
SAP PM & Maintenance
SAP Plant Maintenance reporting rebuilt from source in Snowflake or Fabric, reconciled and documented.
Turnaround Analytics
Live scope, progress, earned value and critical-path visibility for turnarounds and shutdowns.
Applications & AI
Embedded portals, writeback, custom schedule tools and AI data agents over your operational data.
About Us
Daly Data Dynamics
Most BI consultants start at the spreadsheet. We start at the source system. Daly Data Dynamics is a specialist consultancy for project controls and industrial data engineering, serving refining, energy, EPC, construction and mining. We understand what a baseline, a float path or a settlement rule means, and we build analytics that get those details right.
We speak the domain, and we start upstream.
Project-controls, maintenance and turnaround data is complicated, so we begin in the systems where it lives, not in an exported spreadsheet. We work directly with WBS structures, baselines, total float, turnaround scope, work orders, functional locations and cost settlements, extract them from Primavera P6, SAP, Snowflake and your other platforms, and model them so the numbers match the source systems your teams already trust.
We ship applications, not just reports.
When a dashboard is not enough, we build the tool your team actually needs: embedded Power BI portals, writeback, custom schedule and Gantt tools, and AI data agents, all on a data platform your team can extend.
Platforms We Build On
We deliver on the Microsoft data platform, connected to the enterprise systems your projects already run on: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Azure, alongside Primavera P6, SAP and Snowflake.

Power BI
Power BI is a collection of software services, apps, and connectors that work together to turn unrelated sources of data into coherent, visually immersive, and interactive insights. It provides tools for transforming raw data into rich visuals that facilitate new ways of thinking about and organizing data.

Microsoft Fabric
Microsoft Fabric brings data engineering, warehousing, real-time analytics and Power BI into one platform. We design Fabric architectures, pipelines and semantic models for project-controls and industrial data.

Power Automate
Previously known as Microsoft Flow, Power Automate is a cloud-based software tool that allows users to create and automate workflows and tasks across multiple applications and services without the need for developer help. It helps in automating repetitive business processes and creating efficient workflows.

Azure Synapse Analytics
Azure Synapse Analytics is an integrated analytics service in Microsoft Azure that enables businesses to analyze large volumes of data. It brings together big data and data warehousing into a unified, serverless, and integrated service environment. With it, businesses can perform powerful querying across data lakes and databases with ease.
